Appointing a staff member as a ‘Manager’
As an admin, you might want a staff member to take charge of managing your business. To do so, you can appoint a staff member as a ‘Manager’ who will have the right to manage the business similar to an admin’s role. A ‘Manager’ has the ability to view all the staff members’ schedules and manage existing intake forms, discount coupons, gift certificates, customers, view reports, etc.
In order to turn a staff member into a ‘Manager’, follow the steps given below:
Quick Nav — (Settings → Staff → Mouseover and select the staff member whom you want to appoint as a ‘Manager’ → Click on the crown-like icon that appears above the staff list)
Log into the Appointy admin panel.

Click on the ‘Settings’ icon in the toolbar appearing on the left.

Go to the ‘Staff’ tab under the ‘Resource Management’ section.

Mouseover on the staff member whom you want to appoint as a ‘Manager’.

Select the staff member by clicking on the circle that appears on the left of the staff member’s image icon.

A group of icons will appear above the staff list. Click on the rightmost crown-like icon to appoint the selected staff member as a ‘Manager’.
