# Can I broadcast emails to my clients?

Yes! Appointy has its own powerful “Email Marketing Tool”. With this tool you can create custom templates and send to your clients new promotional offers, invitations, introduction of new services, products, and much more. Appointy’s Email Marketing Tool empowers you to promote your business.

> Following are the steps for your reference:  
> 1. Login to your admin area.  
> 2. Go to Marketing tab → Email Marketing → And create a custom template as per your requirement

  
**Note:**

*   With the **FREE** edition you can send a maximum of **25 emails** daily.
*   **PRO** membership allows you to send **200 Emails/Day**, and
*   **BUSINESS** membership allows you to send **1000 Emails/Day**.
