Can I disable "Social Promotion" feature?

Yes,we understand that every business has different requirements. A patient would never want to disclose that he is visiting a doctor. Therefore by default, "Social promotion" feature is disabled and can be activated or de-activated anytime from Marketing → Social Promotion menu option in Administrator area.
