Disabling/suspending a service
In Appointy, you have the ability to disable or suspend a service that you no longer provide. This enables you to retain the appointment records related to the service, which is, otherwise, lost if you delete the service.
Here’s how you can disable or suspend a service:
Quick Nav — (Settings → Service → Click on the service name that you want to disable or suspend → Under ‘Details’ tab, turn off the toggle button next to ‘Active’ to suspend the service)
Log into the Appointy admin panel.

Click on the ‘Settings’ icon in the toolbar appearing on the left.

Go to the ‘Service’ tab under the ‘Resource Management’ section.

Click on the service name that you want to disable or suspend.

Under the ‘Details’ tab, turn off the toggle button next to ‘Active’.
