Disabling/Suspending a staff member
Appointy allows you to disable or suspend a staff member who is not available for bookings or providing services anymore. This enables you to retain the appointment records related to the staff member which is, otherwise, lost when you delete the staff member.
Here’s how you can disable or suspend a staff member:
Quick Nav — (Settings → Staff → Click on the staff member's name → Under ‘Details’ tab, turn off the toggle button next to ‘Active’ to suspend the staff member)
Log into the Appointy admin panel.

Click on the ‘Settings’ icon in the toolbar appearing on the left.

Go to the ‘Staff’ tab under the ‘Resource Management’ section.

Click on the staff member's name that you want to disable or suspend.

Under the ‘Details’ tab, turn on the toggle button next to ‘Active’.
