Do you allow multiple administrators?

We have a feature called "MANAGER LOGIN" that is just like an Admin login but with limited access. The highlights of Manager login functionality are as below: 


  • The managers would be able to see all appointments like Administrator.
  • The managers would be able to make appointment for anyone in the company like Administrator.
  • The manager would be able to change, cancel or extend time of an appointment for anyone in the company like Administrator.
  • The managers would be able to see almost all the views like Administrator.
  • The managers would be able to see all the reports like Administrator.
  • The manager would be able to access staff's business hours and can block times for any staff.


 The Manager doesn't have access to the following:


  • Can't change the settings.
  • Can't access membership area (where the subscription for Appointy subscription is managed)
  • Doesn't have access to the integration (Facebook/Twitter/Google)
  • Doesn't have access to Locations.
  • Can't create services and staff.


 Here're the easy steps to enable a staff as a Manager:


Step 1: Login to your Appointy admin area


Step 2: Go to Settings~>> Staff~>> Manage Login~>> Click on Enable Manager (see the image below)




Note:  Manager login is a premium feature and a part of BUSINESS and above membership. You can login as Manager from the Admin login page (http://{yourusername}.appointy.com/admin)
