# Do you allow multiple administrators?

We have a feature called "MANAGER LOGIN" that is just like an Admin login but with _limited access._ The highlights of Manager login functionality are as below: 

*   The managers would be able to see all appointments like Administrator.
*   The managers would be able to make appointment for anyone in the company like Administrator.
*   The manager would be able to change, cancel or extend time of an appointment for anyone in the company like Administrator.
*   The managers would be able to see almost all the views like Administrator.
*   The managers would be able to see all the reports like Administrator.
*   The manager would be able to access staff's business hours and can block times for any staff.

 **The Manager doesn't have access to the following:**

*   Can't change the settings.
*   Can't access membership area (where the subscription for Appointy subscription is managed)
*   Doesn't have access to the integration (Facebook/Twitter/Google)
*   Doesn't have access to Locations.
*   Can't create services and staff.

 Here're the easy steps to enable a staff as a Manager:

Step 1: **Login** to your Appointy **admin** area

Step 2: Go to **Settings**~>> **Staff**~>> **Manage Login**~>> Click on **Enable Manager** _(see the image below)_

**Note:**  Manager login is a premium feature and a part of BUSINESS and above membership. You can login as Manager from the Admin login page (http://{yourusername}.appointy.com/admin)
