# Editing a service

Here’s how you can edit a service to update the service name, duration, price, capacity or description:

**Quick Nav** — (Settings → Service → Select the service that you want to edit → Click on the ‘Edit’ link appearing above the service image → Update the service details → Click on ‘Update’)

1.  Log into the Appointy admin panel.
 
2.  Click on the ‘Settings’ icon in the toolbar appearing on the left.

3.  Click on ‘Service’ tab under the ‘Resource Management’ section to view your services.  
 
4.  Select and click on the service name that you want to edit.  
    
5.  In the service details window, click on the ‘Edit’ link appearing above the service image.

6.  Update the service details in the ‘Update Service’ pop-up window and click on the ‘Update’ button.
