Email notifications are not getting delivered

Email notifications are sent almost immediately after booking/cancelling/rescheduling the appointment. Email delivery is instant and usually takes 3-4 minutes. If it is taking more than that. It might be due to the following reasons:

Wrong email entered at the time of registration.
Spam blocker linked to email account that asks for manual clicking or replying after first email.
Sometimes, some domains reject emails because they only accept emails from humans and not machines.
Sometimes, email takes more time and stuck somewhere in between processes.

Tips to troubleshoot:
Try changing a different email id ("SETTINGS ~>> BUSINESS DETAILS ~>> Personal Information" in your Appointy admin)
Check your spam folder
Add support@appointy.com and donotreply@appointy.com to your email provider's addressbook

FYI:
We use "Basic Email Gateway" for the FREE version of Appointy users. The delivery is almost instant. However there may be chances of late delivery.

We use "Premium Email Gateway" for the PAID version of Appointy users (PRO, BUSINESS and ENTERPRISE). The premium email gateway provider has a very high reputation and delivery rate.
