Enabling a disabled/suspending staff member

To enable or restore a disabled/suspended staff member, follow the below-given steps.

Quick Nav — (Settings → Staff → Click on the down-facing arrow beside ‘Active’ next to the ‘Staff’ title → Select ‘Suspended’ from the drop-down menu → Click on the suspended staff member’s name → Under the ‘Details’ tab, enable the toggle button next to ‘Active’)

Log into the Appointy admin panel.

Click on the ‘Settings’ icon in the toolbar appearing on the left.

Go to the ‘Staff’ tab under the ‘Resource Management’ section.

Click on the down-facing arrow beside ‘Active’ appearing next to the ‘Staff’ title and select ‘Suspended’ to view the list of suspended or disabled staff members.

From the list of suspended staff, click on the staff member’s name that you want to enable.

Under the ‘Details’ tab, turn on the toggle button against ‘Active’ to enable the staff member.
