Facebook Pixel
Appointy has introduced "Facebook pixel" with Appointy 9.0 and you can add your Facebook pixel to your Appointy account to measure and optimize the results of your Facebook advertising.
Also, you can only track the conversion if the customer lands on your booking interface : https://booking.appointy.com/*username*
Note: "Facebook pixel" is a premium feature part of our Professional plan and above.
Login to your Facebook pixel account by clicking on this link: https://www.facebook.com/events_manager
Set up a pixel (see attached screenshot)
Enter the URL of your booking portal - https:/booking.appointy.com/bemo (see attached screenshot).
Download the Facebook pixel support chrome extension - https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/facebook-pixel-helper/fdgfkebogiimcoedlicjlajpkdmockpc?hl=en
Open your booking page and check the extension if it's triggered (see attached screenshot)
To view real-time data, click on the "Troubleshoot Pixel" button in the Facebook pixel chrome extension (See attached screenshot)
Note, you need to add an additional attribute to the ad campaign "ad= true", so you know how many bookings an ad campaign has made (See screenshot attached).
