How Add A Service's Availability?
Just added a service? Awesome! Here’s how to make that service active and make it bookable for clients by assigning it to staff members, in your Appointy admin panel.
A service can be activated by assigning it one or several staff members by updating its schedule / available times serviced by various staff members. Here are the steps on how to do that from the ‘Services’ section under settings:
Once logged in into your Appointy admin panel, click on the ‘gear’ icon in the left tab to go to Settings. Then, go to the ‘SERVICES’ section and click on a Service to reveal the Service properties and go to the ‘SCHEDULE’ tab.
On this window, you will see all the staff members that have been added. You have the option to add a regular and irregular service schedule for a particular or various staff members, for this service. Click on ‘+’ symbol on the day slots for any of the staff members you’d like to assign the service to.
From here on, you can follow the same process as you would for updating regular Business Hours.
