How can I have multiple/separate staff logins?

With "separate staff login" feature your staff will have individual logins and  will be able to:

• Manage their schedules independently.

• Link respective Google calendars. (Click here for more information)

• Subscribe to 1 way iCal feeds from the iCal button (see the image below).

• Block their availability.

However the staffs will not have the authority to change Admin's settings. We also have a MANAGER role that you can enable from Settings ~>>> Staff section of Appointy admin area.

It is a premium feature and a part of BUSINESS and above membership. In the BUSINESS edition we provide 5 staff logins. Anything exceeding this would be charged at $5 for each login.

Note: With the latest Appointy release, Staff(s) can also login from Admin login page (http://{yourusername}.appointy.com/admin)
