# How can I have multiple/separate staff logins?

With "separate staff login" feature your staff will have individual logins and  will be able to:

*   Manage their schedules independently.

*   Link respective Google calendars. (_Click [here](http://appointy.zendesk.com/entries/482810-sync-with-google-calendar-explained) for more information_)

*   Block their availability.

However the staffs will not have the authority to change Admin's settings. We also have a [**MANAGER**](http://help.appointy.com/entries/21682262-Do-you-allow-multiple-administrators-) role that you can enable from Settings ~>>> Staff section of Appointy admin area.

It is a premium feature and a part of BUSINESS and above membership. In the BUSINESS edition we provide 5 staff logins. Anything exceeding this would be charged at $5 for each login.
