# How can I reschedule appointments from admin area?

#### Yes! Administrators can reschedule an appointment on behalf of a client. You can do this both from DAY and AGENDA view. Easy steps are given below:

### Method 1: (See the screenshot attached)

> *   Login to your admin area at Appointy.
> *   Click on "down arrow" on the respective appointment>>Click on the option to "EDIT/RESCHEDULE">.

### Method 2:

> *   Login to your admin area at Appointy.
> *   Click on any appointment and start dragging. Empty slots will change colors based on its availability.
> *   Drop at the desired time to reschedule. Appointy will ask you to confirm and if client should be informed.

> *   Login to your admin area at Appointy.
> *   Go to AGENDA view>>Click on "VIEW" link below the respective appointment>>Click on the option to "RESCHEDULE".
