How iCal Subscription works in Appointy?
Appointy provides iCal subscription feeds that can update any iCal supporting desktop clients like Outlook or iCalendar. Your iCal desktop client, will have a setting for time interval to fetch appointments from Appointy (Default is 15 Minutes). In every 15 minutes, your desktop iCal client will query Appointy servers and update automatically.
iCal feed subscription is only one way from Appointy to your iCal Desktop Client.
iCal Button can be found at the bottom of the page top right corner in the mobile version of Appointy admin
iCal Button can be found on the top right corner in the PC/MAC version of Appointy admin/staff console
Note: We only send feeds in 15 minutes per calendar. For feed fetch under 15 minutes, it would bring a warning message and your appointment will not be available on the desktop until the next 15 minutes.
On Android, you have to download an additional application from Google Play Store. Click here to know more.
