How To Add A Staff's Availability?
Just added a new staff member? Awesome! Here’s how to make that staff active and assign them services, in your Appointy admin panel.
A staff member can be activated by updating their schedule or adding their work times for various services. Here are the steps on how to do that from the ‘Staff’ section under settings:
Once logged in into your Appointy admin panel, click on the ‘gear’ icon in the left tab to go to Settings. Then, click on the staff member to reveal the staff properties and go to the ‘SCHEDULE’ tab.
On this window, you will see all the services you’ve added. You have the option to add a regular and irregular service schedule for a particular staff member (More info on that can be found here and here). Click on ‘+’ symbol on the day slots for any of the services you’d like to assign the staff to.
From here on, you can follow the same process as you would for updating regular Business Hours.
