How to add Locations?

Location can be added as follows:


  1. Same staff working at both the locations.


  • Single Staff


  • Add Services. (from SETTINGS-->SERVICES )
  • Change alias of staff as "Location" and add Location. (from SETTINGS-->STAFF)
  • Link Service with Location to create Business Hours. (from SETTINGS-->BUSINESS HOURS)
  • Make Location selection Mandatory. (from SETTINGS-->RULES)


  • Multiple Staff


  • Add Location as Category.(New categories can be added from SETTINGS-->SERVICES page)
  • Repeat same Service under each category (Location)
  • Add Staff and link services to form Business Hours. (from SETTINGS-->BUSINESS HOURS)


  1. Different staff working at each location.


  • Register 2 accounts on Appointy. One for each Location. (from http://www.appointy.com/newweb/quickUserSignUp.aspx)
  • Add service, staff and business hours.
  • Upgrade one of the account to Enterprise(n) membership. (Where n reflects the number of location required)
  • Click on the ADD LOCATION link under the Logout dropdown. For more information click here
  • Log-in to each account and set its display name (from SETTINGS-->BUSINESS)
