You can create a Facebook Page from here. After creating your Facebook Page, you would want to do the following:
Post your page details on your Facebook Profile and request your friends to join you on your Facebook Page.
Claim your short URL for your webpage (like http://www.facebook.com/appointy) from http://www.facebook.com/username. You will need at least 25 friends to get a short URL.
Invite your existing clients using Appointy's "Invite Tool" with a link to your Facebook Page.
