How to delete blocked time?
Once you block a time-slot, it won’t be available to your clients for bookings. To remove blocked time, please follow the steps given below:
- Log into your Appointy admin panel.
- Click on the Settings icon in the toolbar appearing on the left..
- Click on Staff under Resource Management.
- Click on the Staff name whose block time you want to delete.
- From the Staff Detail tab, click on Block Time from the top row.
- Mouse over the block date that you want to remove, a trash icon will appear on it. Click on Trash icon.
- On the confirmation page, click on Confirm to delete the block time.
In Appointy, you can also delete multiple blocked time at once .
Follow the steps given below to do so.
- When you mouse over blocked time, a circle appears next to it, click on it, that will select the blocked time
- Click on Delete Selected to delete blocked time.
