How to edit or update business hours?
In order to update or edit the business hours, follow the steps given below.
Log into your Appointy admin account.
Click on the "Settings" icon and go to the "Business Hours" tab from the panel that appears on the left.
On the Business Hours window, mouse over on any slot and click on the pencil-like edit icon that appears.
Edit your business hours against each day in the "Update schedule" pop-up.
If you want to update the business hours for multiple services, click on the service name that appears below in the "Update schedule" pop-up which will give you an option to apply the same changes to the business hours of other services as well. Select the services for which the business hours need to be updated and then click on "Done".
Likewise, you can apply the same changes to multiple staff members by clicking on the "+ Repeat for other staff" option that appears right below the service name in the "Update schedule" pop-up. Select the staff members for whom the business hours need to be updated and then click on "Done".
Click on "Update" in the "Update schedule" pop-up once you've made the desired changes.
If you've just added a new staff member in Appointy, you might want to replicate your existing business hours for this staff member.
In order to do so, follow the below-given steps:
Log into your Appointy admin account.
Click on the "Settings" icon and go to the "Business Hours" tab from the panel that appears on the left.
On the Business Hours window, mouse over on any slot of the staff member whose business hours need to be replicated a new staff and click on the pencil-like edit icon that appears.
For example, let's say, I have just added a new staff member with the name "Paula". I want to replicate the same business hours that "Rhea" has for "Paula" as well.
Look at the below image where "Paula's" business hours appear empty. Since we want to replicate "Rhea's" business hours, we need to mouse over on any slot against "Rhea" and click on the pencil-like edit icon.
When the "Update schedule" pop-up appears, click on the service name that appears at the bottom in the pop-up.
In the "Select Service" pop-up, select all the services for which the business hours need to be updated. Click on "Done" once you've selected the desired services.
Likewise, go to "+ Repeat for other staff", deselect "Rhea" to avoid making any changes to her business hours, and select "Paula" to update the business hours for her. Click on "Done".
Click on "Update" to add these business hours for "Paula" for the selected services.
