How to enable suspended services?

You can enable suspended services at any time by following the steps given below:

Log into the Appointy admin panel.

Click on the Settings icon in the toolbar appearing on the left.

Go to the Service tab under the Resource Management section.

Click on the down-facing arrow beside Active appearing next to the Service title and select All to view all the services.



From this panel you can enable suspended services or suspend active services in bulk. You can also make services private or public.

From the list of services, select the services that you want to enable or suspend/make private or public by clicking on the circle that appears on the left of profile image of service when you mouseover it.



Once selected, go to the top of list where you will find options like Manage (restore and suspend) and Visibility (public and private)





Select the action you want to apply on your services.

Once selected, a confirmation pop-up window will appear on your screen. Click on confirm to successfully update your service.



You can also make these changes to each service individually.


For that, from the list of services, select the service you want to make change to.

In the service detail tab, you will find options to suspend the service or make it active and to turn service public or private for booking.

Turn on the toggle button against Active to enable a service. Turn it off to suspend the service.
Likewise, turn on the toggle against Internal Service to make it private. Turn it off to make the service public.
