# How to generate Appointment reports grouped by Month?

Follow the steps mentioned below to generate Appointment report grouped Month-wise.

1. Go to REPORTS-->APPOINTMENT REPORT.

2. In Search Type from the Details Reports select Group By Month.

3. From Select Date choose a Date Range.

4. Next Click SEARCH to generate your Appointment report grouped by month.

 Use Advanced Search Features, to filter the report for Services, Staff or Client.
