How to open specific time slots for booking?
We have a premium feature called Precision Scheduling (part of the PRO and above membership) that allows you to open specific time slots for booking.
For example, if you want to show your availability at 3:00 pm, 5:00 pm and 6:30 pm, then you need to add these times separated by comma (,) for e.g., 3:00 pm, 5:00 pm, 6:30 pm.
Use hash (#) as a separator to open times in an orderly manner. For example: If you don't want to open the time slot at 3:00 PM unless 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM are completely booked, then you need to enter 9:00 AM, 12:00 PM # 3:00 PM.
Setting precision time at Business level:
Login to your Appointy admin.
Go to SETTINGS >> Booking Rules >> Appointment Lead Times & Cancellation.>>Show only specific times on the calendar.
Setting precision time at Service level:
Login to your Appointy admin.
Go to SETTINGS >> Services >> Time interval >> Precision time.
