How to record a non payment?

There are times when your clients (for some reasons) can't pay for the appointment. So the next time client comes in, the system reminds you that client owes. Here's how to do it:

Well it is very simple, you can save the reference text under "Notes" section of CUSTOMERS tab of Appointy admin area (see image #1). And when the client books an appointment OR the admin books on behalf of the client. The reference note will be shown while hovering mouse over the appointment (see image #2).
