How to restrict clients with a particular domain from booking appointments with you?

Domain restricted booking

This allows you to restrict clients from a specific domain to book with you. All you need to do is, just enter the domain name that you want to restrict in the ‘Domain name’ field.

You can add and restrict as many domains as you want.

Here’s how you can set up domain restrictions for your account:

Quick Nav — (Settings → Booking Restrictions → Add the domain that you want to restrict from booking under the 'Domain Restricted Booking' title-head)

Log into your Appointy admin panel.

Click on the ‘Settings’ icon in the toolbar appearing on the left.

Go to the ‘Booking Restrictions’ tab under the ‘Customer Booking Rules’ section.

Add the domain that you want to block/restrict from bookings under the 'Domain Restricted Booking' title-head.
