I can't find the place to enter the discount code.

If you do not see the text-box to enter the discount code then it can be probably due the following reasons:

Discount coupon is a PRO+ membership feature. Please check your membership status. If you have just paid then please log-out and log-in again to remove the server side cache. (Note: During trial of 14 days this feature will work)
Make sure that you are not logged in as administrator in to the same browser window. Try opening customer booking area in a different browser or log-out of administrator area in the same browser window.
There are no discount codes which can be applied to the combination of selected service, staff or time.
