Importing the customer list
Here's how you can import a list of your customers in Appointy:
Quick Nav – (Customers → Click on the ‘Import customers’ icon appearing on the left of the search bar → Drag and drop the file or click to choose a file from your device to import → Click on ‘Open’ → Map the fields in your file with the fields in Appointy’s customer database → Click on ‘Next’ → Select the customers you want to import of click on ‘Select All’ → Click on ‘Import’)
- Log into your Appointy admin panel.
- Click on the ‘Customers’ icon in the toolbar appearing on the left.
- Click on the ‘Import customers’ icon appearing on the left of the search bar in the customer list side panel next to the toolbar.
- In the ‘Upload CSV’ pop-up window, drag and drop the file or click to choose a file from your device to import. You can also download a sample file by clicking on the ‘download sample’ link beside the ‘Upload CSV’ title.
- Once you have added a file, click on ‘Open’.
- Map the fields in your file with the fields in Appointy’s customer database by clicking on the tab against each field and selecting one from the drop-down that appears.
- Click on ‘Next’ once you have mapped the fields.
- Select the customers that you want to import in the ‘Select customers to insert’ pop-up window or straightway click on ‘Select All’ to import all the customers.
- Click on ‘Import’.
Note: The supported file formats are CSV and .xlsx.
