Integrating your Google, iCal or Outlook calendar with Appointy as a staff member

In Appointy, the staff members have the ability to integrate and sync their Google, Outlook or iCal calendar with their Appointy calendar. Follow the below-given steps in order to integrate any desired calendar with your Appointy calendar:

Log into your Appointy account as a staff member.

Click on the 'Marketplace' icon in the toolbar appearing on the left.



Click on 'Calendars' under 'Apps & Integrations'.

Under 'Calendars', you will see three calendar options – Google calendar, Outlook calendar and iCal. Click on the calendar icon that you want integrate with your Appointy account.



Once you click on the desired calendar icon that you want to integrate, you will see a 'Connect' or 'Integrate' button at the top-right corner of the screen.

Click on the 'Connect' button (Google and Outlook) or the 'Integrate' button (iCal) to link your calendar with Appointy. (See the image below for example).
