# Setting up Appointy calendar in iCloud

If you have more than one iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, iCloud can make it much easier to share everything, but it can be a challenge to set things up perfectly. Deciding which devices sync with which services, and what parental restrictions if any, need to be put in place are all important choices to make.

The very first step is to setup iCloud on all your devices like your Mac, iPhone and iPad.

**Step 1:** Login to your Appointy admin console and click on the **iCal button**. _(You can locate the button on the top right side of the Admin interface)_

**Step 2:** A pop-up would appear. Click on the **Launch Application** button.

**Step 3:** On your native calendar, click on the **Subscribe** button in order to subscribe Appointy calendar.

**Step 4:** Set the desired name of the calendar _(as per your liking)_ and then set auto-refresh to every 5 minutes.

**Step 5:** You can confirm/crosscheck whether or not the calendar has been subscribed at: **caldav.icloud.com**

Once you have successfully set the above, go to your iOS device. Following are the steps below:

**Step 1:** Go to _**Settings**_ and click on _**"Mail, Contacts, Calendars"**_ tab

**Step 2:** Click on _**Fetch New Data**_ tab

**Step 3**: Set iCloud fetch setting and make sure to set it _every 15 minutes_ to fetch new data

**Step 4:** Go to  iOS calendar and manually refresh or wait for 15 minutes. You will see that the Appointy calendar has been shared with your iOS device.

### _IMPORTANT POINT TO REMEMBER:_ You need to subscribe to iCal feeds ONLY on any one of your several devices.
