Taking international bookings with Appointy
Geographical Restriction
By default, we restrict clients outside your geography from booking appointments with you. If you want to enable clients outside your geography to book appointments with you, turn on the toggle button against ‘Geographical Restriction’.
Here’s how you can enable international bookings:
Quick Nav — (Settings → Booking Restrictions → Enable the toggle button against 'Geographical Restriction' → Enable ‘Detect customer's timezone automatically and show your availability accordingly’ to adjust your availability according to the clients’ time zone.)
Log into your Appointy admin panel.
Click on the ‘Settings’ icon in the toolbar appearing on the left.
Go to the ‘Booking Restrictions’ tab under the ‘Customer Booking Rules’ section.
Enable the toggle button against 'Geographical Restriction'.
Select ‘Detect customer's timezone automatically and show your availability accordingly’ to adjust your availability according to the clients’ time zone.
Now you're all set to accept client bookings from outside your geography.
