There is no email address or phone number, only name. I don't want to simply reschedule without asking her when a good time would be for her.

Customer, staff and admin - all can schedule appointments. Email or Phone is mandatory for customers but administrators or staff can schedule with only customer name. The appointment you are trying to reschedule was scheduled either by admin or staff and that is why there is no such information.
