Using calendar views
The calendar in Appointy is designed to give you a complete view of the appointments scheduled with you and filter the view according to the way you want to view them.
To view your calendar, click on the ‘Calendar’ tab in the toolbar appearing on the left of your screen.
Appointy gives you five instant views to see your appointments.

The ‘Day’ view allows you to view all your appointments for a single day along with their details. You can select a date by clicking on the date appearing at the top to switch between days.
The ‘Day’ view allows you to view the following:
*View appointments for a day
All the appointments for the day appear on the ‘Day’ view of the calendar. You can scroll up and down on the screen to view all the appointments scheduled for the day.
*View staff-wise appointments for a day
You can add a filter to view appointments of any one or multiple staff members scheduled for a day by clicking on the ‘Filter’ icon appearing on the top-right corner.**
*View service-wise appointments for a day
You can add a filter to view appointments of any one or multiple services scheduled for a day by clicking on the ‘Filter’ icon appearing on the top-right corner.
*Cancel appointments
You can click on the appointment that opens a side panel on the right with all the appointment details. You can cancel the appointment by clicking on the ‘Cancel’ link that appears in the side panel.
*Reschedule appointments by dragging and dropping
To reschedule an appointment, you can simply drag it and drop over the time-slot on which it needs to be rescheduled. Or you can click on the appointment and reschedule it from the appointment details side panel by clicking on the ‘Reschedule’ link.
*Edit appointment details
You can add appointment notes, add payment status and edit customer details by clicking on the appointment and adding and editing details in the side panel.
*Email a customer
You can click on the appointment and instantly write an email to the customer by clicking on the ‘Email Clients’ link appearing in the appointment details side panel.
*Add a new appointment on a day by clicking anywhere on time-slot to book
In the calendar, you can click on the time-slot and add an appointment.
*Change appointment status
You can add an appointment status from the appointment details side panel that appears when you click on the appointment.
Request a review In the appointment details panel, you can click on the ‘Request a Review’ link to ask for a review from your clients.
The ‘Week’ view allows you to view all your appointments for a week along with all their details. You can select the week by clicking on the dates appearing at the top to switch between different weeks.

Block entire day of your schedule
Just like ‘Day’ view, all the appointment details can be viewed from the ‘Week’ view as well.
The ‘Month’ view allows you to view all your appointments for a single month along with their details. You can change the month by clicking on the dates appearing at the top to switch between months.

View staff-wise, service-wise and resource-wise appointments on any day
The Staff view allows you to view all your staff’s appointments for a single day along with their details. You can also change the date from the top to switch between days.
You can view all your appointment details in the ‘Staff’ view as well and also arrange the staff members in descending order based on their number of appointments for a day. The system automatically puts the staff member with the highest number of appointments first and the lowest number of appointments at the last.
The ‘Quick Availability’ view allows you to choose a particular service and a staff member in order to view quick availability on a particular day and book an appointment by just clicking on the time-slot.

**Day View**
