  3. BUSINESS Membership:       Email + Live Chat + Guided Screen Share Sessions +  Phone (Reply Time: 24 Hours)
  4. ENTERPRISE Membership:  Email+ Live Chat+ Guided Screen Share Sessions +  Phone + Dedicated Support Associate. (Reply Time: 24 Hours)
