# Where can a staff member find his booking link?

Here's how a staff member can share his own availability calendar with his clients:

**Quick Nav** — (Click on the ‘user’ icon at the bottom-left corner of the screen → Click on the 'Copy' button against 'Booking URL' → Paste the booking URL and share it with your clients)

1.  Log into your Appointy staff account.  
    
2.  Click on the ‘user’ icon at the bottom-left corner of the screen.

3.  Click on the 'Copy' button that appears against 'Booking URL' in the panel that opens on the left side of the screen.

4.  Paste the URL and share your availability with your clients.
