Why my customer booking page is inactive?



Service, Staff and Business Hours, all are required to generate your basic calendar. Please follow the steps to troubleshoot this message.



Log-in to your Appointy administrator area from http://www.appointy.com

Go to SETTINGS-->SERVICES and make sure that at least one service is added and also enabled. 

Go to SETTINGS-->STAFF and make sure that at least one staff is added and also enabled.

Go to SETTINGS-->BUSINESS HOURS and make sure that at least one service is linked to staff.

Whenever you add a new STAFF and/or SERVICE, please make sure to update business hours. If you have any trouble in setting up these things. Please reach us at contact@appointy.com with the details. And our support team will promptly assist you.
