Why should I set the Status Message?
The status message is a very important feature of Appointy. By default the status message is empty. When a customer arrives on time as schedule then you can set it to "As Scheduled". Similarly, other status messages can be updated as "Late" or "No-Show". "No-Show" status message can help you in identifying the loss in Business due to "No-Show" and can be tracked on Dashboard. All other status messages are available in reports and can help you in making financial decisions or future strategies.
