Why some of my customers are missing?

Customers can only be deleted by administrators. Whenever a customer is deleted, an automatic trigger is fired and the customer data is saved into another table to recover customer data from accidental removal. This data is retained for a small period of time and can be restored on administrator's request for a nominal fee depending on the number of customers. The administrator of an account can also request an excel sheet of such deleted customers without any cost.
